Returns & Exchanges.

Items purchased on www.materiavital.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@materiavital.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Please note the following exceptions:

• Socks, swimsuits, and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused. If your return is not accepted, you will be notified via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Materia Vital is not liable for lost or delayed returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. All shipping fees related to returns or new purchases are the customer’s responsibility.
